Exhibitor Guide: Booth Essentials
Securing your exhibition space at COMP2026 is your first step to a successful expo experience. Ensure your booth stands out to effectively engage attendees.
COMP2026 offers two exhibitor options to accommodate business needs, including:
Exhibitor Booth 10' x 8'
Showcase your brand in the 10,000 sq. ft. main expo hall! Piped-and-draped booths in the heart of the activity among manufacturers and sponsors with room for demos, high impact connections, and maximum visibility.
All booths are piped and draped and located inside the main hall. Each booth includes a 10′ × 8′ space, two chairs, one 6′ × 30″ table with a black tablecloth, two attendee tickets, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a standard 120V / 15-amp outlet.
Vendor Move-In (Booths Only)
Tuesday, October 13th from 3–5pm, or Wednesday, October 14th starting at 6:30am. Exhibitor hall doors is open to the public 9am – 3pm.
Exhibitor Table 6' x 30"
High traffic exhibitor tables lined outside the main expo hall putting your brand front and center in bustling foyers right in the heart of the action as attendees flow between speaker sessions and networking events.
Each table includes two chairs, one 6′ × 30″ table with a black tablecloth, two attendee tickets and complimentary Wi-Fi. No power access is available. Tables are located just outside the main exhibitor hall along the foyers.
Vendor Move-In (Tables)
Wednesday, October 14th, starting at 6:30am. Exhibitor hall doors open to the public 9am – 3pm.
NOTE: Exhibitor tables are not permitted to setup the evening before.
What to Bring + Arrange
- Power Supply & Extension Cords. Standard electrical access available for enclosed 10′ x 8′ booths in the main hall. No power is available for exhibitor tables.
- Company Equipment and Samples. All products, machinery, interactive displays, or samples specific to your company’s offerings.
- Small Displays and Handhelds. Devices like tablets, laptops, or smaller product displays.
- Banners. Retractable banners and tabletop signs are excellent for vertical branding and fit nicely in enclosed booths and behind exhibitor tables. Note that there will be no place to hang banners, so please plan for freestanding or tabletop options.
- Handouts. Business cards, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials are essential for sharing information and capturing leads.
- Shipping: Please download the form below or contact the venue to coordinate shipping.

Exhibitors can check-in with a COMP2026 attendant during exhibitor move-in or day of event to receive their show badge.

Expo Access
Standard expo pass registration includes access to COMP2026, all Networking Receptions (pre- and post-show), the featured lunch panel, and all speaker sessions.
NOTE: Lunch must be pre-purchased with your registration if you’d like to eat onsite — it is not required to attend the panel.

Your exhibitor booth or table registration includes two complimentary exhibitor passes. Need more? Purchase additional passes here.
Pre-Paid Lunch Onsite
Lunch will be provided onsite for those who pre-purchased it with registration, available between *11am–1pm. Details will be provided at check-in. Purchase for onsite lunch will not be available day of show.

There is a number of fast casual and formal dining options in the area – many in short walking distance from the venue.

What is the Manufacturing Sunrise Townhall?
The Manufacturing Sunrise Townhall is a morning event featuring networking, opening remarks, and discussions about Colorado’s manufacturing workforce and growth. The 2026 program includes insights from Senior Economist Ryan Gedney on Colorado’s labor market, followed by a keynote from Drew Yancey of Teleios Strategy.

For those exhibitors with a booth:

What is the COMP Student Challenge?
This year’s Student Challenge connects students with real manufacturing problems. At the kickoff reception, students from six local high school CTE teams will reverse-engineer real machined parts and compete based on accuracy, craftsmanship, process, presentation, and their ability to answer questions. When will I get my booth assignment and setup instructions?
Booth and table assignments are sent 1-2 weeks before the show to the email that was listed on the registration form. Additional communications regarding booth setup instructions and day-of-event check in details will be emailed out as the event approaches. Vendor move-in times are available on the COMP2026 agenda page.
What is included in my COMP2026 registration?
All COMP events are included with your standard registration — the Networking Kickoff Reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 13th, and on Wednesday, October 14th: the expo hall, Sunrise Townhall, all speaker tracks including featured lunch panel, and the post-show reception.
Lunch during the featured panel isn’t included with standard registration, but can be added here for an additional cost.
Will my booth or table have access to power and wifi?
All 10 x 8 exhibitor booths in the main exhibitor hall include complimentary Wi-Fi and a standard 120V/15-amp power outlet. Exhibitor tables located in the foyer include complimentary Wi-Fi but do not have power access.
Do you have any tips for dressing up my booth or table?
Great options include an 8×10 step-and-repeat banner or 1-2 retractable banners, branded tablecloths, printed flyers, business cards, and giveaways to leave a lasting impression. And don’t be afraid to get creative! Attendees love live demos, spin-to-win games, raffles, and hands-on samples that draw a crowd.

I paid for registration for the Lunch Roundtables. Why don't I see that event?
This year, Lunch Roundtables have been replaced with a Featured Lunch Panel: “Lessons from the Climb: What I Learned Building & Scaling a Manufacturing Business.” Your registration covers your lunch for this session. See the agenda page for more details on this event.
Are students, active duty, or retired military eligible for free admission?
