We’re thrilled to welcome ​Traci Marques​, Executive Director & CEO of the ​Pikes Peak Workforce Center (PPWFC)​, to the COMP2025 panel stage!

Traci Marques is the Executive Director / CEO of the Pikes Peak Workforce Center (PPWFC), where she has served since 2012. A recognized voice in workforce innovation, she has presented at national conferences including the Association of Defense Communities, 1EdTech Digital Credentials Summit, and the National Association of Workforce Boards Forum, among others.

Traci serves as Region 4 Liaison for National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) and is also a board member of The Resource Exchange. She co-founded the Military, Veterans & Spouses Coalition, earning recognition from the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment for her efforts to modernize veterans’ services.

Traci holds a B.A. in Telecommunications Management from Indiana University and leads PPWFC’s mission to connect employers with work-ready talent through strategic, employer-driven workforce solutions.
