Speaker Presentation File Requirements

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all speakers and attendees, please follow the presentation file guidelines outlined below. These standards help us maintain compatibility, minimize technical issues, and ensure high-quality delivery across all sessions.

File Requirements

Preferred Format: PowerPoint (.PPTX)

Embedded Media:

MP4 (.MP4) – for embedded or standalone videos

JPG/PNG – for high-resolution images or infographics

Slide Design Guidelines

  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Widescreen) – required for all screens and projectors

  • Font Size: Minimum 18pt for readability from the back of the room

  • Fonts: Use standard system fonts or embed custom fonts in the file

  • Branding: Include your company or organization logo, if applicable

  • Content: Avoid excessive text; prioritize visuals and speaker engagement

Media and Compatibility 

Embed all media (videos, fonts, audio) directly into your presentation.

If linking to external websites or videos, include backup screenshots or offline versions.

Test your presentation on a Windows-based system, as this will be used onsite.

Submission Deadline

All final presentations are due by Friday, August 15th.  Late submissions may not be accepted or included in the event archive.
