- Grady’s leadership extends far beyond Reata: He is a past chairman of NTMA and CAMA, and currently serves as Chairman of the National Institute of Metal Working Skills (NIMS).
- A passionate advocate for closing the skilled labor gap, Grady works directly with high schools and colleges to inspire the next generation of manufacturing talent.
About Grady
Grady’s career experience began working offshore for Halliburton Services as a diesel mechanic, which started him on the path to becoming an engineer working for the Gates Corporation and his introduction to manufacturing.
Grady is active in the local and national manufacturing communities. He is a Past Chairman of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) and the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA). He is passionate about addressing the skilled labor shortage in manufacturing, which motivates him to collaborate with local high schools and colleges. Currently, he serves as the National Institute of Metal Working Skills (NIMS) Chairman.
Grady holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
