What are Leadership Circles?
Leadership Circles are local, curated peer groups for Colorado manufacturing leaders, suppliers, and partners — small by design (no more than 10). These forums bring together business leaders and partners to connect, learn, and grow their business while sharpening their leadership.
Every month, group members gather for a two-hour breakfast to tackle real challenges, together. Expect candid conversations, working workshops, guest speakers, and the kind of referrals that only happen when people actually know and trust each other.

Leadership Circles are exclusively for manufacturing owners, executives, and senior leaders — as well as tier 1 suppliers and industry partners with a direct role in the manufacturing ecosystem.
1) Submit your application.
2) COMP matches you with a Circle in your area.
3) Members collectively set meeting day, time and location at kick-off circle.
4) $150 annual membership due at placement, 12 month commitment required.
5) Members rotate hosting and light breakfast duties.
We’ve got your Circle! Once members are confirmed, you’ll receive an email with next steps. COMP will kick off your first session, provide monthly meeting templates, and connect you with guest speakers and industry experts as requested. All Leadership Circles members are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
