We’re excited to partner with you and grateful for your support of Colorado’s manufacturing community. The following outlines our commitments to make this partnership a success for everyone involved.
About COMP
Colorado Manufacturing Partners (COMP), based in Colorado Springs, is a trade association built to accelerate business development opportunities for Colorado manufacturers, suppliers, and partners. By connecting the ecosystem through shared stories, events, trainings, and peer groups, we help companies get seen, build relationships, and win new business. Our mission is to position Colorado as a national hub for modern manufacturing technology and growth.
Sponsorship Benefits
In exchange for your investment, COMP will provide the benefits associated with your selected tier. Full package details can be found at comfgpartners.com/comp2026/sponsor. Benefits may include:
- Logo placement on COMP website, event materials, and communications
- Recognition at COMP events, meetings, and programs
- Complimentary event registrations or reserved seating
- Speaking or exhibit opportunities at designated COMP events
- Access to COMP post-show expo list
- Social media recognition and co-branded digital and media content
- Other deliverables as outlined in your selected package

COMP is committed to delivering every benefit in your sponsorship package. In the rare event that a specific benefit cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our control, we will notify you promptly and work with you to provide a comparable alternative of equal value.
Investment & Payment
- Total investment is based on your selected sponsorship tier. Full package details and pricing can be found at comfgpartners.com/comp2026/sponsor.
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Invoices will be sent to the email provided on the sponsorship form.
- Payments are made payable to “Colorado Manufacturing Partners” via check, ACH, or credit card as directed by COMP.
- If payment is not received within 45 days of invoice, we’ll reach out directly to resolve it before pausing any sponsorship benefits.
Sponsorship Period
This sponsorship is for the COMP 2026 show only. It begins when you confirm your commitment and runs until all COMP 2026 sponsorship benefits have been delivered.
Your Brand, Our Platforms
By sponsoring COMP 2026, you agree to share your name, logo, and brand materials so we can proudly recognize your support across our website, event materials, social media, press releases, and other COMP communications.
Our Shared Standards
All sponsor content and conduct at COMP events or on COMP platforms should be professional, lawful, and consistent with our industry-focused community. We ask that COMP platforms not be used for partisan political activity, discriminatory messaging, or anything that violates applicable law. COMP reserves the right to decline any content that doesn’t align with our mission, and we’ll always communicate promptly and work together to find an acceptable alternative.
Our Commitment
Sponsorship commitments are final once confirmed and payment is received. COMP may end a sponsorship if your conduct is not aligned with our mission and community standards. Benefits already delivered will not be refunded.
A Note on Outcomes
COMP does not guarantee specific outcomes including attendance figures, media impressions, or business leads. Sponsorship investments are made in support of the COMP 2026 show and community, not in exchange for guaranteed results.
Unexpected Circumstances
In the unlikely event that the COMP 2026 show cannot be held due to circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government orders — COMP will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative benefits of equal value.

COMP 2026 is open to multiple sponsors across all industries. Sponsorships are non-exclusive.
Updates & Changes
Any updates to your sponsorship must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Email confirmation is sufficient.
