Her experience includes providing financial leadership to a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization, giving her firsthand insight into the operational and financial complexities of highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Previously, Tanya served as CFO and CEO of Diversified Machine Systems, a Colorado-based manufacturer of precision CNC machining centers. Earlier in her career, she worked with sensor and semiconductor technologies at Luminar Technologies.
