Participation in the Colorado Manufacturing Partners Expo (COMP) constitutes agreement to the Event Terms, Media Release & Participation Policy and, for sponsors, the COMP Sponsorship Guidelines available on the COMP website.By registering for this event, you agree to the Event Terms, Media Release & Participation Policy.
About COMP
Colorado Manufacturing Partners (COMP), based in Colorado Springs, is a trade association built to accelerate business development opportunities for Colorado manufacturers, suppliers, and partners. By connecting the ecosystem through shared stories, events, trainings, and peer groups, we help companies get seen, build relationships, and win new business. Our mission is to position Colorado as a national hub for modern manufacturing technology and growth.
Agreement to Terms
Your registration, attendance, exhibition, sponsorship, or participation in the event constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to these Event Terms, Media Release, and Participation Policies.
Sponsors are also subject to the additional expectations outlined in the COMP Sponsorship Guidelines available on the COMP website.
Photography, Video & Media Release
The Colorado Manufacturing Partners Expo (COMP) is a public, professionally photographed and recorded event.
By attending or participating, you acknowledge and agree that Colorado Manufacturing Partners and its representatives may photograph, film, and record the event environment, which may include your likeness, voice, image, booth, materials, branding, and interactions.
These photos and recordings may be used for:
- Marketing and promotion of future events
- Website, social media, email, and digital communications
- Educational, training, and informational materials
- Community and industry storytelling
- Sponsor and exhibitor recognition
- Internal and external communications

No compensation will be provided for such use.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please notify event staff in writing prior to the event.
Exhibitor & Sponsor Visibility
Exhibitors and sponsors acknowledge that booths, displays, personnel, branding, and materials may appear in event photography and video and may be used by COMP for promotional, educational, and informational purposes.
Sponsors further agree to follow the expectations outlined in the COMP Sponsorship Guidelines.
Professional Conduct
All participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner and to follow venue rules and event staff direction.
COMP reserves the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Attendance and participation in the event is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance.
Colorado Manufacturing Partners, its staff, volunteers, partners, and venue affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Event Changes
COMP reserves the right to modify event programming, schedule, speakers, or layout as needed.
Privacy
Information collected during registration is used for event communication and related outreach by Colorado Manufacturing Partners and is not sold to third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
