Essential Furnishings: Two chairs and a table with tablecloth provided.

Free Admission: Two complimentary show passes with booth space reservation. Additional passes available for purchase.

Exhibitor Lunch: Lunch will be provided onsite for those with designated exhibitor badges between 12pm and 2pm. More details will be provided upon check-in.

Deadline: Companies registered after August 1st, 2025 will not be included in the COMP2025 show guide.

Limited Availability in Select Categories: To ensure optimal exposure for all exhibitors, we are limiting the number of participants in certain categories. To ensure your presence at the show, pre-register today as space fill up quickly.

Promote your open positions and internship at your booth: COMP2025 will provide complimentary in-booth indicators for exhibitors looking to fill open job positions or paid / upaid internships at the event. 

Important Notes

A/V Equipment: Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own A/V equipment if desired, including monitors or screens.

Signage: Banner stands are welcome, but there are no hanging options available. Please plan your signage accordingly, utilizing tabletop displays or banner stands within your booth.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organizer via email or postal mail. The date the written notice is received will determine the applicable refund amount.

Refund Schedule

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: Eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.


Reassignment of Booth Space:
Upon cancellation, the organizer reserves the right to reassign the booth space to another exhibitor.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond the organizer’s control) that result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, refunds or credits will be provided at the organizer’s discretion.

Non-Transferable
Booth exhibition spaces are non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organizer.

Refund Policy

A request for refund is permissible within 30 days of payment and up to 90 days before the event date. Requests must be submitted through the contact us page. Qualified refunds will be submitted to the card/cardholder on file along with an email confirmation. In the event of an expo cancellation, refunds will be automatically issued to the card/cardholder on file.
