About Steve

Steve Busch, MLIR, is the owner of Human Resources Strategies, LLC and brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience working with Fortune 500 corporations and privately held companies. His expertise includes talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, fractional HR leadership, safety and risk management, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, and workforce development.

Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville University. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resources National Health Care Working Group and Government Advocacy Team and serves on the boards of the Boulder Colorado Area Human Resources Association, Energize Colorado, and Coventure.

His experience includes leading talent management projects, large-scale hiring events, workforce development initiatives, and training programs focused on leadership effectiveness, risk management, employee selection, and employment law.
