Meet our latest panelist Jackie Sopko of BOROUX
We are pleased to announce our latest panelist Jackie Sopko at the COMP2025 expo this year!
Jackie Sopko is the Vice President of Strategy and Commercial Performance at BOROUX, where she leads strategic planning and operational execution across departments. In close collaboration with the CEO and department heads, Jackie ensures company-wide initiatives are aligned, scalable, and executed with excellence, positioning BOROUX for long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Jackie brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, product management, and commercial leadership. Prior to joining BOROUX, she held multiple progressive roles at Trane, including Product Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Product Support Manager, and Product Manager for chillers. Most recently, she served as the Chiller Commercialization Leader, where she was responsible for promoting and positioning a portfolio of commercial HVAC solutions across the field sales organization.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Colorado as the Southern Colorado Director, and on the Board of Directors for the Pueblo County Historical Society, reflecting her dedication to both advancing industry leadership and preserving local heritage.
She earned her degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University – Pueblo.
Outside the office, Jackie enjoys life in Colorado with her husband and two children. She embraces the outdoors through camping, backpacking, hunting, and 4-wheeling, and she’s an avid traveler, always seeking new places and experiences that broaden her perspective and fuel her adventurous spirit.
